-         Density: 550 g/l min

-         Moisture: 12.5 % max

-         Foreign matter: 0.2 % max

-         Volatile Oil: 2.0 % min

-         Piperine: 5.0% min

-         Total ash content: 7.0% max

-         Acid  -insoluble ash: 1.5% max

III. CONTAINER STORAGE / SHELF LIFE:

Peppers should be stored in cool and dry place with temperature not exceeding 80 F.

Shelf Life: 24 Months from the date of production.

 IV. ALLERGEN STATEMENT:  To be free from any allergen and contamination.

V. GMO  STATEMENT: Non GMO

VI. HEALTH STATEMENT:

-         Not contained any detrimental substance,
