The Indirect Purchasing Buyer will be responsible for key tasks related to strategic sourcing and procurement. Main responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic sourcing efforts for indirect procurement services.
• Working with internal teams to develop tender strategies, plan activities, and negotiate contracts to boost productivity and quality.
• Conducting analysis and building strategic scenarios.
• Preparing and leading supplier negotiations.
• Managing crisis situations and solving supplier-related issues.
• Gathering market intelligence to anticipate medium- and long-term supply risks.
• Managing relationships with key suppliers to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Proposing ideas to improve operational efficiency and add value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in fields like Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, International Business, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong negotiation and purchasing skills.
• Experience in project coordination and management.
• Proficient in quantitative analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
• Effective communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Nice to have: Italian proficiency.

• Nice to have: Experience in technical services purchasing.
