[Video] Social Selling Process

The key to meeting (and hopefully exceeding) your #goals is having a plan and a process!

When individuals or businesses are struggling with the effectiveness of their #socialmedia strategy, it's often because they're missing one or more of the steps I outline in this video.

  1. Connect - Figure out where our #prospects and #customers are and meet them there.
  2. Strengthen Credibility - Be proud of your profiles. When people visit your social profiles or #website we want them to be more excited to work with you!
  3. Stay Top of Mind - Make sure all of your #content is adding value. As you continue to stay on their radar they will remember you when it is time to move from #research mode to #buy mode.
  4. Encourage - Remind your audience of the next step for them to buy. Free Webinar? Phone Call? Consultation? Opt-in Email? Make your “encouragement point” part of your social content strategy.
  5. Build Rapport - Connect on things that have NOTHING TO DO WITH BUSINESS Work Anniversaries, Community Events, Life Milestones - show care and #connection through #digital high-fives!
  6. Earn Referrals?- Create champion customers that become your champion #sales force. The holy grail - get these customers on your team and their connections become your connections and the process starts all over again.
