The Video Manager is tasked with overseeing every stage of video content creation for the organization. This role includes managing the video production team, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring all video content adheres to the company's branding and marketing strategies. The Video Manager should have a deep understanding of video production, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production Management:

  • Oversee all phases of video production, from initial concept to final delivery.
  • Develop and manage production timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to generate video concepts that align with marketing goals.

Team Leadership:

  • Guide and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and other production staff.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress and resolve any issues.

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing, communications, and other departments to ensure video content supports the overall brand strategy.
  • Work with external vendors and freelancers as needed for additional production support.
  • Maintain consistent communication and collaboration across departments.

Creative Development:

  • Stay current with industry trends and integrate new techniques and technologies into video production.
  • Ensure all video content is visually engaging and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Review and approve scripts, storyboards, and final video edits.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and oversee production budgets, keeping projects within financial limits.
  • Source and manage production equipment and software.
  • Optimize the use of resources to enhance productivity and video quality.

Quality Control:

  • Uphold high standards for video quality, ensuring consistency across all projects.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance.
  • Ensure all videos meet technical specifications and are optimized for various platforms.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and analyze video performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports on video production activities and results.
  • Utilize data insights to refine and enhance future video projects.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies,Mass Media, Communications, or any related field. For an internship, You can apply with any background.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in video production, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial position. Freshers may apply for internships initially.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
  • Knowledge of camera equipment and production techniques.

Leadership Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Project Management:

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Creativity:

  • Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities.

Attention to Detail:

  • Exceptional eye for detail and quality.

Requirements for Video Manager Position:

Video Production:

  • Produce 2-3 videos daily based on the content provided by the company.

Work Schedule:

  • Part Time/ Full Time
  • Timings: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • [Daily 30 mins to 90 Mins Only]
  • Days: Monday to Friday
