Hamish, I couldn't agree more. As someone who sat across the table from so many sales people, I can first-hand account that I "vibed" with those who were more human. That's not an excuse for those who are inconsiderate, cocky, or condescending...but we are all human, we are all trying to get our work done, we are all rushed and too busy. Mistakes are understandable. Thanks for the share!
