6 年I would tread very cautiously using GA demographics data. It is heavily sampled - guessed by the machine where it cannot be identified from a signed-in user - and someone can be classified a gender or age based purely on their browsing habits. Far better is to use Audience Insights tool in FB to understand the demographics of your audience. The data is much richer and since it's based on real profiles, is much more accurate as well. You can use a matched email list audience or even use a retargeting list of those who reach your main goal's thank you page. You then get actual demos and interests that exist on the FB platform that can be used to quickly build potentially valuable audiences. That said, I would still opt for lookalikes in the first instance and let the machine do this automatically. I only really use GA audience data to validate the winning cohorts found on FB.
