Video content is king! Onet.pl introduces four new shows and grows user engagement

Onet.pl, the leading online portal owned by Grupa Onet-RAS Polska introduces four new shows, including more lifestyle and women-oriented content, a refreshed version of the Onet Rano show, the 18:45 Czas na zasady talk-show hosted by Filip Chajzer, and sees the return of well-known opinion journalism and lifestyle shows popular among viewers!

With its strong video content, Onet.pl is growing its reach and user engagement.

“In January 2018 Onet's homepage marked record-breaking reach with visits from over 11 million real users. Aleksander Kutela, CEO of Onet S.A. “We are still in the lead also thanks to our investments in top-quality content and video shows. We have began to intensively invest in audio content as of this year as well. The emergence of new devices, e.g. smart speakers, has triggered a rapid growth of demand for audio content. As was the case with video content, our goal is to become one of the market leaders in this segment as well.”

The spring programming schedule of Grupa Onet-RAS Polska includes new entertainment and lifestyle shows and new hosts.

“Apart from the well-known and liked programmes created by the best Polish journalists, our schedule welcomes, for the first time ever, a format devoted to child rearing and family life. Our largest spring production is a talk-show presenting fascinating conversations about life. Another interesting proposition is a show where viewers can discover the different world cultures from a culinary perspective”, says Sabina Lipska, Video Director at Grupa Onet-RAS Polska. “Our flagship show Onet Rano is not just a morning show anymore, but it is an entire group of programmes that we are developing and updating all the time so as to constantly surprise our viewers with new features.
