Mind Right Game Tight is dedicated to student-athletes on learning from current and former student athletes through their stories and what they've learned and the wisdom they can share to empower the minds of all that watch. The purpose of the show is for student-athletes to understand that their greatness lies in their mind in all they do in sports and outside of sports.

Our guest is Nina Grubbs. Nina Grubbs is a former student-athlete who attended Cal State University Long Beach and was a member of the track and field team as a heptathlete. She currently is a physical education teacher as well as a CIF basketball official, and a distributor/hydration coach for Kangen Water Systems.

Michelle is a Transformational Sports Coach and an international best-selling author of How YOUth Triumph in Sports: Tools That Create a Triumphant Life, a book written for youth in sports.
