Financial support

Financial assistance is available through the Personal Hardship Assistance Program.

This is provided through the jointly-funded Commonwealth-State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements:

https://services.dffh.vic.gov.au/personal-hardship-assistance-program

Emergency Re-establishment Assistance Payments are available to households of limited financial means, whose principal place of residence (your home) is:

uninhabitable (damaged or destroyed), or
inaccessible due to the October 2022 floods.
