Victor Hospital Conducts Series of Free Eye Screening Camps

Victor Hospital organized a series of FREE eye screening camps last week in Margao, Majorda, and Fatorda, addressing the need for accessible eye care in the community.Consultations were led by Dr. Devika Lawande, Consultant Ophthalmologist, PHACO Surgeon, and Medical Retina Specialist at Victor Hospital, providing crucial assessments to attendees.

"Our goal is to ensure that everyone has access to quality eye care," said Dr. Lawande.

"Looking ahead, the hospital plans to continue organizing similar events to reach a wider audience and make eye care more accessible to everyone in the community,” she said.

During the camps, participants were provided with the option to acquire spectacles and avail cataract surgeries at special rates, ensuring affordability for those in need of these services.
