Victor Castro joins SHELLBACK Semiconductor Technology as Vice President Global Service & Strategic Programs

Victor Castro joins our executive team as the head of Global Field Service and Strategic Programs, reporting into COO, Michael Lombardi. While SHELLBACK continues to grow, Victor adds strategic leadership focused on the revenue growth of our global spares and service product lines. As we embark on new opportunities and collaborations with our customers, Victor brings special expertise and focus to our unique project needs.

Victor has over 15 years’ of leadership experience including over a decade with VEECO Instruments as their Global Product Management and Services Director. He helped grow their Global Services Business through business transformation and leadership, as well as implementing a world-class customer satisfaction program. He consulted with a high-tech firm focused on growth, restructuring and operational efficiency.?He led the team on new product introduction, novel business model creation and pricing strategies. Most recently, he headed the product launch for a beverage technology startup bringing their product from conception into a global market with large corporate strategic partners.
