Life is tough vs I am improving life every day.

My boss is so demanding vs What a learning curve.

There is no learning vs focussing on higher order learning.

My job is so chaotic vs I am going to put more order in my job.

The world is out to get me vs Look at all the beauty in my life.

I want to quit vs I want to fight to make things better.

I am the center of the universe vs I am but just an infinitesimal part of it.

It's easy to be in a state of crisis with oneself. It's tough to be in harmony.
