After moving from country to country, he finds that most of his social connections/circles get reset, over and over….

.

Eventually, this 19 years old guy finds himself friendless and quite empty……after highschool.

.

He blames his family, the city is too boring, there’s no opportunity for him socially because he didn’t get to go to university like others, anything but himself…..

.

Fast forward until today…..

.

He finds that there are three fundamental pillars when it comes to improving oneself.

.

#1- Self-Belief, The Past Self. ?

.

Your past does not dictate your future. The only thing holding you back is your limited belief.

.

Our limited belief actually cames from our environment. Our past teaching. Put a baby in a hatred and violence environment, guess what kind of man he’ll grow up to be.

.

However, once we reach adulthood, people tend to forget. We now have the power to take control and influence our environment instead of the other way around. Resulting in our environment positively infecting us and therefore creating a positive feedback loop.

.

Your belief>Your thought>Your action>Your result>Your belief

.

#2 - Self-Identity, The Present Self.?

.

Your actions will NEVER conflict with your identity.

.

Identify yourself as a “shy guy” and the act of talking with a stranger at ease will conflict with your subconscious mind, which results in the conversation flow NOT at “ease”.

.

Identify yourself as a “shy guy” and your subconscious will over analyze, overthink, over-interpret EVERY sign and signal of your environment that is going to re-enforce that identity.

.

“She didn't reply?” ….there’s could be a million possibilities why, but I’m going to choose “because I’m a shy guy”

.

Your Identity can be changed based on your belief and your core value.

.

Instead of “I am a smoker trying to quit”, say “I am a good father who is trying to do the right thing for my little girl.

.

#3 - Self-Image, The Future Self.?

.

"Knowledge can take you from A-B. Imagination takes you everywhere" - Einstein

.

Imagine, consistently defining that 2.0 of yourself.

.

What would he spend most of his time doing? What will he feel and act around a group of people? Who will he serve or help? How will he make an impact? Where would he hang around/out most?

.

Define the scenario and imagine the state where all of these have ALREADY happened. (like a parallel universe)

.

What would that look like? How would life be? What does it FEEL like?

.

Picture that parallel universe each morning or before bed…...

.

Know all the three pillars of personal development and sprinkle a bit of mindfulness and compassion, and BOOM you’re good to go.
