What is your role at PPH and what are your main responsibilities/ how do you help your clients?

I am an experienced Level 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor, producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and improvement recommendations for commercial properties across the Yorkshire region.

How long have you been with the company, and what unique skills or experiences do you bring to the role?

21 months (almost 2 years).

Property management experience within the domestic sector. Transferable skills from a varied employment history within the NHS and local authority.?

What motivates or inspires you in your work/ what do you enjoy most about working at PPH?

Specialised role which provides varied insight into different occupations/places of work.

Empowering company that fosters trust and respect amongst all staff members.

Outside of work, do you have any hobbies or interests that you are passionate about?

Theatre and reading.

Is there a particular project or initiative you are excited about working on in the future?

Supporting FM Team to assist landlords in achieving Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards ensuring properties are meeting requirements for Governments Net Zero targets.

Expanding my role at PPH Commercial through additional training and on the job experience in other departments.
