Vibro Screen & Sifter for Fertilizer Granules

Fertilizers need to be screened, graded and filtered to help fertilizer manufacturers produce productive end products for end users. For grading, screening and dedusting we can recommend two of our excellent machines to you. One is linear vibrating screen and the other is vibro sifter. Both machines are great and can meet all your grading, screening and dust removal needs.

1.Linear Vibrating Screen

Linear vibrating screen is used to remove fine powder produced by urea granulation, and it can be used to remove foreign matter in fertilizer raw materials to meet the requirements of finished product packaging.

Aperture: 10-20 mesh

Processing capacity: 5-20t/h

2.Vibro Sifter

Vibro sifter can be used for grading of plant fertilizers and organic fertilizers, while removing fine powder particles in fertilizers.

Aperture: within 500 mesh or 0.025mm

Handling capacity: 100-3300kg/h

Practical Application

Some materials in the fertilizer industry are corrosive, and our Vibro screener needs to choose SS304 or 316L stainless steel.
