Vibration: The safety function that you "feel"

In this month's newsletter, we introduce the vibration function.

This is an option available on request and that can be activated on Genesis product range with MOVE electronics.

What are the benefits of this function?

• The operator is informed by a loud vibration of the transmitter about alarm conditions of the machine he is operating, fault notifications and/or general alerts
• If the operator is working in conditions where it is not easy to keep an eye on the screen and light indicators of the remote control, the vibration becomes a great help
• In the absence of audible indications or in particularly noisy environments where it is difficult to hear the audible warning

Now let's take a look at how it works and the different options available, remembering that the information to be notified via the vibration alarm is established during the project definition phase.

Here are some examples:

• Low battery notification
• Feedback information such as notice of crane overload, excessive wind speed, limit switch on CNC machines, etc.
• Exceedance of an operating threshold (e.g. engine speed)
