Vibrating Higher Translates to Success

One thing that I believe brings people together no matter what nationality, religion, sexual orientation, status or eye color is MUSIC. Many times a day you can find me listening to various genres from jazz to neo-soul, K-pop and classical and everything in between. And as I was preparing for a productive workday filled with email responses, proposal reviews, presentation analysis and upcoming speaking engagements, a song came on named All My People by a couple named The Kindred Family Soul. The lyrics in this song were simple:

I want all my people around me/ Everybody living good/ Everybody eatin good/ Everybody chillin/I want all my people around me/Everybody eatin good/Everybody living good/I want for my brother what I want for myself

This beautifully written and composed song brought my spirits and vibrations up so high that I literally couldn't imagine a world where we didn't have this. Because as much as there is chaos and confusion, depression and despair and poverty and pride in this world, I believe that there is more beauty and happiness than scarcity and pain.

As I carried this high vibration into the day, unsurprising to me I received messages from companies seeking my help from Peru to India and a few countries in between. And it just clicked: Why don't we all vibrate higher? Yes, marketing strategies are important (I have one to work on later for a client) and sales teams, workflow infrastructure and efficiency are essential. But what if for just a season before we endeavor into all of the crossing our T's and dotting our I's kind of work, we focus on feeling good, embracing the beauty of our teams, customers and market allowing more bounty to be attracted to us...effortlessly.

But it's not just about serenity, it's about waking up excited to share your solution with the world. Waking up empowered to help another company or customer. Invigorated to make a difference whether in your industry, community or simply in the lives of those in your home.

Business will always be business but what we make of it is what really matters. So let's switch things up for a bit and amplify our vibrations to a higher and more synergistic way. And work towards what this great song exclaims: I want for my brother what I want for myself!
