I was fortunate to be invited by Lisa Johnson Social Media Business Development Manager at NAB to visit the Vibe@NAB centre recently. This bespoke facility allows the NAB to showcase its social media capabilities to existing NAB customers, their advisers and potential new NAB clients. 

Through harnessing a vast array of integrated software tools the NAB allows business leaders to "listen" in real time to multiple social media channels. Lisa and her team then share insights designed to shape the social media strategy & tactical approach deployed by the clients. 

Trending customer sentiment can be viewed & discussed with client leadership, banking and adviser input to ensure that key areas such as competitor analytics & channel selection can be considered in order that effective approaches optimise reach and engagement.

Through SproutX, our JV with the National Farmers Federation, we’ve been able to launch an innovative pre-accelerator program is specifically designed to foster innovation in the AgTech sector.

Interesting to see how the customer feedback loop has shortened from weeks to days, then hours and now real time. Here's hoping that NAB and the other banks (big and small) don't just take notice but take action, to turn these insights into better outcomes for their customers. Thanks for sharing Peter Gardiner
