Viacom Expands Distribution Offerings with New Charter and fuboTV Deals

Today, we announced two major distribution deals with Charter and fuboTV to further extend the reach of Viacom’s global portfolio of entertainment brands. 

Viacom brands will now be available on the newly launched Spectrum TV Essentials, an innovative internet delivered over-the-top (OTT) video service, available exclusively for Spectrum Internet-only customers. The launch further expands our partnership with Charter, while filling consumer demand for a low-priced, entertainment-only bundle.

The distribution deal with fuboTV adds Viacom’s domestic and international media networks to the live TV streaming service.  Our popular channels and shows, including MTV’s Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, Comedy Central’s The Daily Show, Nickelodeon’s Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Telefe’s Campanas en La Noche and more, will serve as the cornerstone of fuboTv’s entertainment offering.

In addition, Viacom recently announced an agreement to acquire Pluto TV, the leading free streaming television service in the U.S.
