VGP Team Romania is proud to announce that VGP Park Brasov is OPEN for Business!
1st Pillar up on National Day - Dec 1st 2020

Having already completed the 1st building [E-9.500 sqm GLA], the 1st pillar being raised on National Day Dec 1st 2020 (right side photo) & fully leased by two high profile tenants, to whom we are thankful for their trust, active on Pharma [Fildas/Catena] and Logistics/3PL fields [ITC Romania], we are about to start construction & prompt delivery to the local market of the 2nd building [A - 28.000 sqm GLA]

Appreciation goes to all our team as well as to our partners in this endeavor, with very special thanks to Cosmin, Florin, Ivan, Octavian & Emil !

With a perfect location within Brasov city limits, linked with public transport at the park gate, near DN1 leading to Sibiu & Transylvania, near the newly built Brasov ring road & future A3 Motorway & in close proximity to the upcoming Brasov International Airport, VGP Park Brasov development is the standing proof of our trust in the existing & future Brasov vibrant business community !
