Here is what our 2021 winners had to say...
Ben is an engaging speaker who knows how to draw an audience in and keep them invested in the two-day forum. You leave feeling motivated and inspired, and well on your way to becoming a better leader without even knowing it. He gives you the tools for self-improvement, not only for yourself but also the ability to instil them in your staff...
Ben Lucas. Superintendent, Tocumwal Golf Club
The Toolbox Team took the attendees through several workshop format tasks around staff management, leadership and general philosophies to get more enjoyment out of not only your professional life, but life in general. The group responded really well to the tasks and it evoked a lot of honest, indepth conversation from the participants in a really good and supportive environment. I’m sure I speak for all who attended when I say that I gained a lot of valuable tools from the forum and it’s something I’d recommend any aspiring turf manager to attend if the chance arises.
