VFX Recruiter - Production & Post-Production - Spain

With a focus on VFX, CG, and Animation, this young spirited company has a wide international scope with clients that include major brands, entertainment artists, game studios, and more. JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for conducting talent search campaigns for both, freelance and in-house attraction, developing the strategies and initiatives needed to succeed. Including: sourcing, interviewing, assessing candidates and deliberating with the Head of HR and Head of Post Production about final candidates.?

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing CVs and responding to applicants?
• Maintain applicant tracking system with accuracy?
• Investigate opportunities for new recruitment channels and sources?
• Effectively communicate with our Head of HR by troubleshooting, escalating, and sharing queries.?

REQUIREMENTS

• +3 years of experience as a recruiter?
• Strong business acumen, knowledge, or experience (+2 years) within the film/ VFX industry?
• Analytical and strategic?
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
