A Vessel, not a Source.

Dear Visionaries,

The only thing that can stand in the way of your vision is you.

I grant that there are externalities that will come against you, the gravity that pulls you down as you climb. We thank God for this resistance for we harness it to go beyond.

And yet, the hit on your vision will always be an inside job and you are the inside man. And the murder weapon is the double edged sword of pride and shame.

You see, pride and shame are two sides of the same coin and they're both lies.

Here's the message.

Your vision comes through you, not from you.

The second you take pride in your rise or take shame in your fall, you have misidentified yourself and either grossly inflated or discounted your true measure.

You're a vessel, not a source. Humble yourself before that fact and get the hell out of the way.
