A very timely and needed book

Consistent with the upcoming ABA Dispute Resolution Section Mediation Week's theme of "Mediation, Civility, and the Power of Understanding", our colleague and my Boalt Hall classmate Randall Kiser just published a very thoughtful and well-researched book -- "Soft Skills for the Effective Lawyer" (Cambridge University Press - 2017)(www.cambridge.org/9781108403504). It could not be more timely or more beneficial for advocates, neutrals and clients. Actually, for all of us. Tell your friends.
