It was a very good year

Okay the fiscal year isn't over yet, but I've been in this role for a year now, and to be Frank (pun intended), it was a very good year... And while it's not over yet, I've gotta say that I am pretty impressed with what we've accomplished. We remain one of the Top 3 global strategic partners to Salesforce.com, we won awards for our innovation in nonprofit and mobile solutions, and we're now an official Preferred Partner to Salesforce.org.

Man, time flies. Over the last 12 months I have grown (not up, but in a professional sense) so much and am truly thankful to have the opportunity to shine and do what I love. I really feel like I am having a positive impact, and I am building solid relationships for the company and for myself. I take pride in that. As a team, we delivered/maintained the accolades above as well as crushing one of our key goals by 204%. You may recognize the screenshot below. It's a gauge from a Dashboard in Salesforce Classic, and yes that needle is planted firmly in the green. That represents success to me, my boss, our execs, and our Partners.

We couldn't have done it alone. Thank you to our Partner and Go To Market teams, our Execs, and all Appirians who keep us in a job.
