VERTICAL THRESHER

Vertical Thresher / De-Stamper basically used for remove the tobacco Stem from Tobacco Leaves. On the demand of Stem remove from leaves inspire our team to make De-Stamper, After various designing and changing in designing in thresher we achieved our targets for remove stem from tobacco leaves.

We start to make vertical thresher inspired by Hauni Vertical Thresher, Rotating drum with blades in thresher and fixed blades on wall of outer wall of thresher, Inclined Feeder feed the leaves of tobacco to vertical rotating thresher for thresh the leaves and remove the stem from the leaves, In bottom portion of thresher , Air blower make pressure flow of air for up-word for thrust to tobacco leaves for cut the leaves by fixes and rotary knife. Feed air pressure in thresher from downward for thrust and upward air pressure form support to pneumatic transport to airlock, Heavy particles of Stem come down and sieve from the net. Cut tobacco leaves lift from thresher by pneumatic and transfer in the airlock which deliver in exit conveyor.
