Performance characteristics of vertical planetary kneading machine:

01. Two sets of kneading blades rotate in a planetary manner at a differential speed in the kettle body. The contact surface between the blades and the material is relatively large and can scrape across the entire inner wall of the kettle body. The material is repeatedly stirred and kneaded without dead corners.

02. After the materials are kneaded, the frame and the kettle body are separated by the lifting system, and the kettle body can be transferred to the discharging system. The operation is simple, the discharging is convenient, and it can be used with multiple kettle bodies.

03. The only parts of this machine that come into contact with the material are the inner wall of the kettle and the kneading knife. These parts have been finely processed and polished to a smooth mirror surface. They will not contaminate the material during kneading and are easy to clean.
