Website: www.chaicup.co Position Overview: We seek an experienced human resources manager specialising in recruiting who is strongly focused on blue-collar hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing the hiring process for delivery partners and other essential blue-collar roles that support our retail delivery operation. This role requires a hands-on approach to sourcing, screening, and hiring, with a deep understanding of the blue-collar job market, especially within the retail sector. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract blue-collar talent for roles such as delivery partners and operational staff. ● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to final onboarding. ● Utilise various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to source high-quality candidates. ● Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the company culture. ● Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. ● Manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness. ● Stay up-to-date with blue-collar hiring trends and labour market changes. ● Coordinate with HR for onboarding and ensure all hiring documentation and compliance requirements are met. ● Collaborate with external partners, such as vocational training institutes, to build a talent pipeline for blue-collar roles. Qualifications: ● Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● 10+ years of experience in HR recruitment, focusing on blue-collar hiring, preferably in the retail or delivery operations sector. ● Strong understanding of the blue-collar labour market, including hiring trends and sourcing strategies. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. ● Proven track record of successfully recruiting blue-collar workers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. ● Proficiency in using HRIS and recruitment software. ● Familiarity with labour laws and regulations related to blue-collar employment. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. ● Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.
