He wants to come up with his digital ad agency by 2023. He is a hospitality professional with 17 years experience and worked in different corporate companies. He is running an agency business for Kotak Life. He is a HNI (high network Individual). His mantra in business/job is value first and sale second. He always thinks differently. He always pull others up hence his team is very happy with him. He creates leaders. He loves traveling and he travelled in Rajasthan,Himachal Pradesh,Gujarat,Goa & Bhutan. His favourite place is Rajasthan. He is a great foodie as well. He likes Goan fish thali. He cares nature. He never cut corners. He trained many people in hospitality industry. He motivates people to increase their productivity as he believes everyone has the capacity to perform and the only thing is to help them to perform and to crate a positive state of mind. He is from Balurghat city and has done MBA from The University of Burdwan. After that he joined with Le Medien Kochi as Excetive Corporate Sales. Then he moved to Delhi and worked in corporate companies in Hospitalily industry for 15 years and now he is in Kolkata. His parents are retired school teacher. His wife is a MA in Economics and helps him for decision making. He spent his childhood at Balurghat city (North Bengal).He is now focusing on Digital Marketing under the mentorship of Digital Deepak (Deepak Kanakaraju) - owner of Pixel Track Digital Pvt Ltd,Bengaluru and he is transforming himself to be a digital marketer.
