Pangborn Europe engineered and finalized an integrated system to sort, cool and finish grey iron castings. 

The project includes:

• sand recuperation system after shake-out
• sorting apron conveyor
• power & free aerial conveyor, including cooling time
• 2-station automatic shotblasting machine, 8 wheels, 22 kW each
• workpiece instantaneous position detection and full process parameters control
