Veronica was standing by the bridge seeing her reflection on the lake when the?bells of a nearbye church rang ?out loud. It was almost 8 hours she had been standing still as a statue ,lost in her own thoughts. Things haven’t been going quite well with her for the past few days after she woke up from bed in the morning. The Cooper family to which Veronica belonged to, had?shifted to a new rented mansion a?few months ago and she had been experiencing eerie events ever since she stepped into the house. It was as if ?she could feel someone was trying to possess her ?.There was a normal mirror ,pressed against the wall ,and?one day when Veronica was standing against it combing her hair, and getting ready to go to bed ?she noticed something unusual. Her reflection in the mirror she was staring into slowly gave a crooked smile though she wasn’t smiling and suddenly her reflection became still ,even though she moved herself and suddenly her face in the mirror changed to an eerie woman she had never met.Panic stricken Veronica stumbled and rushed back to her bed ,her face hidden under the folds of the blanket.

???????????This was not all. She could ?hear whispers ?and?shrieks of a girl?crying desperately for?help .She even saw someone at night in a white gown creeping towards her ,the woman’s feet was not even touching the ground.She even noticed that her arms and feet bore strange scratch marks which was throughout her body. She had tried to tell it to her family but they didn’t believe her and took it as a part of her dream.

Veronica even had tried to know about the past history of the mansion in detail due to the strange occurances in the house but there was no story ?she could hear from the locals.

Martha,the woman who was their neighbour like others,said to Veeronica like the others,”Madame, This mansion is around 50 years old and?the family who stayed there had moved over to New York due to their own reason.There had been no issue of deaths or mysterious murders in the mansion and whoever used to stay there before the Cooper’s moved in had never since complained about any eerie occurances.” This made Veronica feel like she needed to die as she was not able to make the problems stop.It came haunting her again and again.The doctor’s?recommendation of ?medicines for hallucination had not brought any effect and she couldn’t sleep at night.

Even Jany and Watson, the two younger brothers who used to sleep with her in her own room, never reported of such things.

There was no solution to this ,Veronica couldn’t feel her problems were ever going to end.

Was Veronica imagining things!!!!!!! Or was it really some demonic entity or spirit that was trying to torment her!!!!!!

10 Years later?……………………..

This had been still a mystery as Veronica had in her lifetime still been hearing the voices and experiencing the same eerie things even after she left the mansion ?and no exorcism on her had helped.

Then after a few days,Veronica died a mysterious death in the bathroom which police could get no clue.She was discovered lying unconscious on the floor her neck strangled and it had been bent in such an inhuman way which was not possible for a normal human being with immense strength to do.Her body and feet were twisted ?in a creepy way. Police found her dead .

Police shut this file as an unsolved case of the Cooper’s family.

P.S.-What could really have happened with Veronica still remains today as a mystery and it lies under one of the unsolved ?mysterious cases in history which no Father or Exorcist could solve.
