Vermillion Capital Expands Investment Banking Team with Addition of Phillips

Vermillion Capital is excited to announce the addition of Vini Phillips to its investment banking team. Prior to Vermillion Capital, Vini was an associate in Piper Sandler’s healthcare investment banking group and analyst at Wells Fargo Securities where he worked in energy investment grade credit. 

Vini has advised on various types of M&A and capital raising transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, leveraged buyouts, corporate divestitures, strategic advisory assignments, and debt and equity capital raises involving both public and privately held companies. Vini has significant M&A experience and has advised on a number of transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $2.0 billion.

Vini holds a BA in Business Legal Studies from the University of St. Thomas.
