Understanding the challenges immigrants face in landing meaningful jobs aligned with skills, experience, and education as well as integrating into new communities, Verisult developed the Career Accelerator Program.

This program aims to empower immigrants, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to secure meaningful and fulfilling roles in their new home country. Providing access to decent jobs and economic growth.

Meet the new Project Management Partner - Adebayo Ajayi

The Project Management stream of the Career Accelerator Program has long been under the adept leadership of Verisult’s founder, Ogaga Johnson. With grace and foresight, Ogaga has now entrusted the reins of Project Management to Adebayo Ajayi.

This will allow her to focus on teaching the project management courses, equipping our learners with the skills and expertise required to succeed as project management professionals.

She’ll also focus her attention on the strategic oversight of the entire Career Accelerator program and all the career streams so she can provide strategic direction, partnerships, and career coaching.

Adebayo Ajayi is a results-oriented leader with a wealth of experience in PMO, adept at leading teams, driving organizational transformations, and propelling individuals to new heights of success across diverse environments. As a Certified Project Manager, Continuous Improvement leader, and Scrum Master, he excels in managing various aspects of process, production, and marketing functions.

With a keen business acumen and a thorough understanding of organizational, portfolio, program, and project management, Adebayo has spearheaded significant productivity initiatives and enhanced efficiency through strategic process improvements and top-tier project practices. He is also an adjunct professor of Project Management in one of the leading Colleges in Canada. Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and Business & Marketing Analytics, he leverages these skills to optimize performance and drive success.

His expertise extends to comprehensive data analysis, report preparation, and meticulous project management. Combining technical proficiency with exceptional organizational skills and adept problem-solving, he is dedicated to fostering robust business growth aligned with strategic objectives.
