Vericiguat is a cardiovascular drug prescribed to patients of acute heart failure. It helps in avoiding hospitalization.

Vericiguat is a synthetic soluble guanylate cyclase stimulator which an important enzyme in the nitric oxide (NO) signaling pathway. Developed jointly by Bayer and MERCK it is the first approved drug for patients with reduce ejection fraction.
