Getting into the mind of filmmaker Alejandro González I?árritu during the making of Bardo was essential for Visual Effects Supervisor Guillaume Rocheron.

You take your audience into a scene that seems to be straightforward, but suddenly that transitions into something fairly surrealistic, and then it goes back down,” says Rocheron. “It’s completely interwoven.
