Vercetti Enterprises Pours Foundations at the Classroom Addition to Fairlawn Elementary in Miami, Florida

Miami, FL – Vercetti Enterprises, a steadily rising South Florida general contractor, successfully pours foundations at Fairlawn Elementary School.

“For some reason, the day of the pour is always very exciting. The trucks coming in, pump crew spreading fresh concrete, our superintendent coordinating with the shell foremen, kids getting back to school, the principal, teachers, and school staff watching in awe; it’s all very powerful. I stand back and see our project manager, Alexander Roman spearheading the whole operation. Also, our recent addition to the team, Yves Patrick Anglade, who is a superintendent for our educational division coordinating the trucks and parking… what a sight to see.” - Danny Vercetti, president of Vercetti Enterprises.

All the trades have been lined up in a domino effect to cross the finish line quickly and efficiently. Actually, as we speak, the interior building pad and 1st lift of masonry has already been completed. To say we are thrilled to partner with Miami-Dade County Public Schools is an understatement and are very much looking forward to our continued success in the future.

The new two-story addition to Fairlawn Elementary School will be directly adjacent to the west parking lot and will provide two additional classrooms connected to existing walkways. Each classroom will include the most up-to-date educational equipment such as Instructor’s Technology Centers, Bluetooth speakers, combination marker/tack boards, and digital projector & white board. The cafeteria will have the existing split air conditioning systems replaced with all new Trane 11.2 EER units. The project is slated to be completed Summer 2021.
