Vercetti Enterprises Completes Jersey Mike’s in Kendall

Miami, FL – – Vercetti Enterprises, a rising South Florida general contractor, celebrates the beginning of summer with the completion and grand opening of several new projects in Broward and Miami-Dade County including a new Jersey Mike’s restaurant in Kendall, Florida.

“Just as we reached the finish line pending our final inspections, the Covid-19 pandemic hit and inevitably shut down the building department. Nonetheless, our team safely and diligently, took the time to perform touch-ups, punchout and equipment start-ups during this period.

The superintendent on this project began with us two years ago as an estimating coordinator and has slowly climbed up the rankings to be able to handle a project on his own, from A to Z. The new Jersey Mike’s will feature all new drywall, finishes, cabinetry, kitchen equipment, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. Located on the corner of Kendall Drive (88th Street) and 137th Avenue, this particular intersection see’s roughly 72,500 vehicles a day. Within a stone’s throw you’ll find an abundance of retail and commercial stores such as; Walgreens, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Starbucks, Staples, Panera, Lowe’s, Chase, CVS Pharmacy, Bank of America, 7-Eleven, Mobil, Office Depot, Wells Fargo, FedEx, Kmart, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Publix, Tire Kingdom, Amscot, Papa John’s, Mega Wine & Spirits and much more. The North Kendall Drive corridor has very little vacancy and is expected to see a growth of 6% by 2020.
