Verónica begins her day by gathering her team with whom she has collaborated for three consecutive years. Together they go over the backlog and get down to work. She is in charge of resolving conflicts and we see her moving from one side to the other in the Raw Material Receiving area at Cofimar.

With 5 years of experience, she has played different roles within Cofimar: from being part of the team at the sorting machine to becoming Reception Supervisor. Veronica stands out as one of our representative workers, having climbed through several positions to reach her current position.

“It's a thorough job, for me it represents a challenge.” She says firmly. I am involved in receiving guides, verifying platforms, seals and types of raw material, and for me, leading has been a challenge,” she stresses. “I have the determination to lead a large team of men,” he adds with a smile.

Explaining his leadership secret, he states, “With respect and communication, anything is possible.” “These values represent us as a team.”
