Gates Development

Egypt’s Gates Developments has commenced construction on the Space Commercial Complex and announced last week plans to launch a new mixed-use project, also in New Zayed City and a new project on the North Coast, according to an interview with the company CEO, Hassan Nasr.

MADAYN

The Public Establishment for Industrial Estate MadaynOman is expected to award the detailed design and supervision consultancy contract for its Plug and Play Industrial Complex in Nizwa Industrial City, Dakhiliah Governorate, by the third quarter of 2023.

The scope of work involves the construction of an industrial complex with 500-square metre units over a land area of 5,000 square metres in Nizwa Industrial City.

Scruffy Dog Creative Group (SDGC), a leading international experience design and creative build company, has announced that it has secured a significant fabrication package tender for the Six Flags Qiddiya City theme park project developed by Qiddiya | ?????? Investment Company in the capital Riyadh.

The scope includes the development, design, build, delivery, and installation of several thematic features, animatronic elements, and flagship installations for the new theme park in Qiddiya.

Roya Lifestyle Developments

UAE-based Roya Lifestyle Developments has joined hands with leading lifestyle hospitality group Ennismore for the launch of its inaugural project - SLS Residences at Palm Jumeirah, which will bring the brand’s second standalone residences when it opens in 2026.

Kooheji Development

Kooheji Development , a leading builder in Bahrain, announced that sales and construction progress in its latest off-plan project, Seef Avenue II, exceeded expectations. The project has been moving forward at a remarkable pace, with 61.62 per cent of the construction work completed in just over a year.

Parsons Corporation

Parsons Corporation a leading US engineering and construction group, said it has been awarded a US$52mn contract by Qatar’s Public Works Authority (Ashghal) to provide design engineering consultancy services for a new road and infrastructure framework.

The six-year contract includes conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs for roads and infrastructure projects within the capital Doha.

Danube Properties

Dubai-based Danube Properties has launched an 800 million UAE dirhams (US$217.80mn) twin-tower residential project, Elitz 3, at the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

The developer said the two 40- and 46-storey towers will house 750 residential units with completion planned in the fourth quarter of 2026. Elitz 3 is Danube’s 24th residential project and the ninth project launched in the last 18 months.
