CURRENT:?

Here are project updates from four of our Project Managers-?

Alicia Lattin with Trending Northwest

In our first Report Out, our team highlighted our work on target demographic research, HubSpot tutorials, and sample email campaigns. We’ve now transitioned into franchising research and case studies. So far, the Consultants have explored potential cities in the Midwest and Southwest for Trending Northwest's expansion. They’ve also developed strategies for maintaining brand consistency across franchises and completed case studies on successful media franchises. Additionally, we are proposing a potential revenue stream model and identifying a suitable franchise model template. Can’t wait to see the Consultants present their work again!

Nic Marshall with RowStream

During Phase 1, our first three weeks, the RowStream consultants assisted RowStream with their marketing endeavors , which included demographic research, target market identification, social media analysis, and an actionable marketing strategy. Since then, our team has been delving into the RowStream app features and functionality. We have been providing recommendations on ways to improve their app usability and are currently trying to coordinate with Gonzaga professors to find ways that BMIS and/or Computer Science students can get real world experience assisting with RowStream's app development. For the remainder of the semester, we will be helping RowStream plan a rowing competition that will utilize their app. We're excited to continue working with our entrepreneur, Steve, and helping RowStream develop.

Cosme Trujillo with Muv

Our first Report Out was a success and provided valuable insights into our progress. We focused primarily on the collaborative ideas we’ve been developing to effectively market to the student population and expand MUV’s visibility through campus resources. Additionally, we presented our concepts for the Foley Flea and shared a video we created for the MUV team to highlight our initiatives. In our upcoming Report Out, we aim to discuss our achievements from the Foley Flea, present the video in more detail, and outline our ongoing efforts in business outreach. This next session will give us the opportunity to further showcase the impact of our strategies and gain feedback to refine our approach.

Arianna Tibbs with NewBeginnings Spokane

Our NewBeginnings team, a student loan advocacy company, just wrapped up their first report out, where they focused on getting to know their audience by analyzing who needs student loan guidance, identifying gaps in current loan education, and recognizing key challenges students face. Now, they’re moving into Phase II and working on building a content strategy and launching outreach.

For their upcoming report out, they’ll be diving deeper by creating audience personas and content ideas to better connect with students. They’re developing communication materials like pitch decks and rack cards for potential partnerships with universities, along with expanding their outreach contacts. They’re excited to continue advancing this impactful work and connecting with even more college students.
