SOFWERX, in collaboration with USSOCOM, hosted a Collaboration Event (CE) to develop a Venture Capital (VC) tool which will assist USSOCOM with identifying SOF-relevant technologies, both mature and emerging, within investor portfolios. The tool will include information on companies, investors, deals, mergers and acquisitions, funds, advisors, and people along with the analytical tools to identify SOF-relevant technologies within the investor portfolios.

? 59 Government and VC representatives participated

? Participants were divided into 7 groups to discuss current limitations and ways to overcome limitations

? The groups developed 18 problem statements which will be framed as assessment criteria for the upcoming Assessment Event (AE)
