Venting Your Anger Is Bad For You According To Research

When employees vent anger, they tend to visualize punching their pillows at home while pretending the pillows are their bosses. This is a plus point instead of punching your boss in the face at work and getting arrested.
When dealing with stressful situations, venting is not completely wrong. Humans and employees alike are allowed to feel anger. However, if one does not deal with the fight or flight response appropriately, anger often wins out.?
The Effects of Anger
In cases of extreme anger, murder is committed because the unrationed brain kicks in and crushes a human's life in an instant. This is called process hijacking, and it is a powerful emotion. In addition to murder, other factors need to be considered when anger takes hold:
1.????Women domestic violence is a constant stream here where men feel scared inside and do not know how to channel their feelings. Gilt kicks in after we have hit someone else for example.
2.????When every single moment contributes to long-term mental health issues, confidence will erode both short and long-term. It can be easy for those issues to spiral into lower confidence or moods that can lead to early depression.
3.????Stress is the main cause of health problems, and if anger keeps arising, you'll find that the more anger emotions you experience, the more stress you'll experience.
4.????It is almost impossible to attain self-awareness when our anxiety levels exceed our rational thinking.
5.????When our self-confidence and gilt levels are so high, studying new topics becomes nearly impossible.?
6.????There is no self-healing tool that can instantly suppress the shame of hitting our partner if we are living a domestic violence relationship.

7.????Depression is characterized by low moods and emotional anger that prevent anyone from moving forward in happiness.
?The Science of Venting Anger
A great example of this discussion can be found in Daniel Goleman's famous book, Emotional Intelligence
“Tice found that ventilating anger is one of the worst ways to cool down: outbursts of rage typically pump up the emotional brain`s arousal, leaving people, feeling more angry, not less.”
Dianne Tice cited in emotional intelligence by Daniel Goleman
Catharsis does not increase emotional calmness - giving vent to anger actually prolongs the anger until it comes back and bites you. Humans do need to settle that feed of upset - not through venting games, but rather through rationalization. The wise thing to do is either go for a walk or sit down and defuse the ticking timebomb of anger.
Wired for Anger
Anger will never leave the human body as a human emotion. All of us have the ability to be angry, but some are more frightening than others. That does not mean we cannot handle the flight or flight response unit or the deeper upsetting anger situations at any given time. We need to swing the self-awareness repair mechanism into action the moment anger starts sending troops to the un-rational brain system - that could end up deep inside the hijacking central - well, well, murder occurs.
Leading With Openness To Being More Self-Compassionate
It is necessary to learn more about confronting fear in the darkest of consequences in order to curb the anger and walk away from the venting regime. Convicting oneself of unconscious thoughts means we start to reverse the angle of Catharsis and start to become in control of our feelings, which in turn results in less anger. In simple terms, anger will always be there, but you know what to do when the inner emotion attacks the brain. As you gain more knowledge about your specific situation, you can learn to be more open to how your brain thinks. Reward your crimes of anger by reflecting on the reasons that led you to throw the punch rather than punishing them. Walking can heal many situations - more than we can imagine. Sadly, anger can work faster than a firing bullet, so lifelong learning is necessary to soften any anger you might feel. Learn to counsel your inner thoughts with self-compassion if meditation is your calling. Who will forgive us as humans if we are unable to forgive our darkest angriest moments?
