Ventana Subdivision in Bulverde Area

I visited Ventana a few days ago. This is near the corner of State Hwy 46 and Blanco Road.

There is a second entrance off Blanco Road.

There is an additional area being developed.

It appears to be ? acre lots by Prestige Homes, but I could not confirm that.

Other builders in Ventana are:

Highland Homes – they will have new homes finished by late spring 2020, priced around $375,000, no homes available just now.

MI Homes – priced mid to high $300,000s, it looks like they only have the model left to sell.

Bela Vista Homes – $270,000s to $380,000s but appear to have only one home available at this time.

This subdivision only opened about 2 years ago. It is already almost sold out. Lennar had only two homes left to sell then they are leaving.

Meanwhile, over on US 281; DR Horton has opened the entrance to Copper Canyon and are building the entrance monument. TxDOT has opened the turnaround just south of there.
