The Shaddick family are giving something back by facing a few challenges together in 2018.  We have started with a few plastic pick ups on beaches we visit; it is amaing how many pieces you can find in two minutes - Try it!  or find your challenge.

The ladies in the house however are going all out with a bigger challenge and aim to complete a 5,000 meter swim (200 lengths) in two hours on the 29th April and a night time trek up Pen y Fan on May 5th.  The aim is to raise ￡300 for a worthwhile charity here in Wales.  We are all affected by cancer in some way, either ourselves, friends or family.  If you can help my young daughters help raise money for this worthwhile cause, it would be appreciated.  It will reward them for their hard efforts and learn a lesson about helping others.
