As we know the global demand for meat goes up more and more every year so it has become very necessary to find alternatives for the same. Plant-based meat (PBM) and cell-based meat (CBM) approaches have offered to attain viable alternatives to animal-based protein sources over recent years.

These processes take place with the ingredients and techniques such that they create colour, texture and flavours that are very similar to animal meat.

Cultured meat also known as lab-grown meat or synthetic meat is one of the recent technology over recent years.

Cultured meat is the type of meat which is produced by in vitro cell cultures of animal cells, it is the form of cellular agriculture developed to increase the consumer demand for protein.

This production method eliminates the need to raise and farm animals for food and also resists slaughtering.

In Cell Based Meat(CBM) are these cells alive or they will dead after the formation of desired meat piece. Or if they will dead then what will be the effect of post mortem changes on the piece and how we can regulate it?
