VEGAS HERE WE COME!!!

My wife Angela and I spent the past couple of days watching our youngest daughter Grace's travel basketball tourney games. (She's playing GREAT!) The championship game is today at noon.

Then we are headed to the airport to jump on a plane to head to Las Vegas for a few days of relaxation! It's been a crazy busy year thus far and we need some time to just unwind and sharpen our saws.

We love Vegas for the sun, pools, shows, dinners, people watching, and a little bit of gambling. I love to win money but I HATE to lose it even more! I just can't stand losing my hard earned money to odds that are stacked against me and things I can't control.

Many people are having that same feeling now with what's going on in the Wall Street casino. Their hard earned nest eggs are disappearing before their eyes. There's nothing they can really do about it thought, right. You just have to "ride it out'.?WRONG!

After experiencing this same feeling myself during the tech wreck of the early 2000's and then the Great Recession of 2008, I decided I'd had enough. No more losing my dollars to things out of my control.

I've slept extremely well this year knowing that my money and my clients' money are completely protected from this market drop.

There are ways to guarantee the protection of your nest egg. Many stock brokers and fee based financial planners will tell you to "ride it out" and "it always comes back".?

Of course they're still getting paid whether you make money or not. That doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

If you're already a client, you know what I'm talking about. If you aren't a client yet, stop listening to the "conventional wisdom" and consider strategies to protect against further market drops and still be able to enjoy the upside if/when it actually does come back. (Japan's market is STILL below where it was in the 90's.)

It is so rewarding when my clients email or call to tell me "Thank You!" for protecting their retirement nest eggs. As great as it makes me feel, I'm saddened by the fact that some many others have gotten burned again by the Wall Street shenanigans.??

You CAN tie your return to the stock market without having any downside risk. Imagine sitting at a Blackjack table all day if you had no chance of doing worse than breaking even. That would change your perspective a bit, eh? (Might lower your blood pressure too! LOL)
