Instead, we’ve spent the past 24+ years perfecting our value-add strategy which allows us to increase rents by $300+ per unit once implemented.


Now that may not seem like a whole lot at first, but think about it…


Let’s say we have a multi-family property with 72 units.


$300 x 72 = $21,600 in extra income… Every. Single. Month.


That’s $259,200 a year that we weren’t earning previously!
