Vaughn & Melton Selected for East Carters Valley Water System Improvements

Vaughn & Melton has been selected to provide engineering services for for East Carters Valley Water System Improvements for the Bloomingdale Utility District in Scott County, Virginia.

Vaughn & Melton will prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) which will evaluate the system storage and water accountability within the East Carters Valley water distribution system. The PER will be utilized for the basis of pursuing Construction Funds from Virginia Department of Health-Office of Drinking Water, Financial and Construction Assistance Program, Planning for the identified improvements. Bloomingdale Utility District is a Tennessee water utility organization, providing public water service to a residents within East Carters Valley area of Scott County, Virginia.
