Vasitars-Engineered Composite Repair (ECR) )Technology for corroded Pipelines and Pressure Vessels to rehabilitate.

1. Vasitars Repair for Non-Leaking defects (VR series): Custom repair solutions are available for Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 scenarios. Designed to rehabilitate pipelines with up to 80% wall loss, pitting corrosion, dents, gouges, blisters, laminations and other non-leaking defects in pipelines with operating pressures up to 350 bar and temperatures up to 100 oC. Also, compatible to work on bends, tees and other complex geometries which are challenging otherwise. The repair can be performed in live condition saving time and unnecessary shutdown.

2. Vasitars Repair for Leaking defects (VLR series): Custom repair solutions are available for Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 scenarios. Designed to rehabilitate pipelines with circumferential cracks, longitudinal cracks, through-wall penetration such as pin-holes and through-holes and other leaking defects in pipelines with operating pressures up to 100 bar and temperatures up to 100 oC. VPR System Vasitars Patch Repair for Non-Leaking and Leaking defects (VPR series):*Tailored composite patch repair solutions customized for localized corrosion or damage in metallic or composite structures. Generally, used when it is impractical to encompass full circumferential component. Suitable for storage tanks and large diameter pipelines or pressure vessels.

4. Vasitars Elevated Temperature Repair for Non-Leaking defects (VRT series):*Repair methodology and capabilities are similar to that of VR series and additionally requires post heat treatment for curing. Suitable for pipelines and pressure vessels operating at high temperatures.

VRT-102: For up to Class 3 repairs and design pressure up to 350 bar and design temperatures up to 200 oC.

VRT-103: For up to Class 3 repairs and design pressure up to 350 bar and design temperatures up to 300 oC.

5. Vasitars Emergency Leak Seal Clamps: Vasitars V-Hold kit:*Designed for pipelines with localized leaking defects with defect size up to 30mm & operating pressures up to 60bar and even can be customized up to 100 bar and temperature up to 80 Degree C.

Vasitars Emergency Leak Seal Clamps: Vasitars GFRP Clamp (can be customized based on the customers' requirements):* Designed for pipelines with non-localized or spread-out leaking defects around nearly 360 Degrees within an axial extent and operating pressures up to 60 bar and temperatures up to 80 Degree C.
