Various levels of conflict arise during team formation.

As a project management professional, you have to deal with conflicts almost daily, so it is important to note that conflicts are natural and evident it are going to happen for sure !!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, it is worth talking about the various levels of conflicts during the team formation, where the PM should jump in to resolve and where to stay back and the team needs to solve small issues together is important to understand. As a human being, we want to solve our small issues together one-on-one why to involve a third party to solve the conflicts, if we can solve issues in one-on-one discussion trust is built and the relationship develops and becomes stronger day by day.

Do watch the video below where I have tried my best to correlate both topics together based on my small understanding of PMI books and a few Google sources.

Let's try to solve the conflicts one on one going forward to make our relationship stronger, oh, really then we do not need a third party (PM)?????
